Greg Maciolek is the president of Integrated Management Resources, Inc., a management consultant and training organization. His company focuses on executive leadership training and development, organizational alignment and markets assessments for hiring and developing managers and staff. He is an author, speaker, trainer and session facilitator. He is published in nine books. He is also the owner of Discount Flags & Poles, a full-line flag dealer since 1993.
Greg purchased Priority Management of East Tennessee, Inc., in January 2006. Priority Management focuses on helping individuals and organizations become more productive through the effective use of Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes and provides Project Management Breakthroughs workshops for becoming productive in project management.
Greg has previous work experience with General Motors as an assembly-line supervisor and Ford Motor Company as a corporate trainer. He spent 26 years in the Air Force and the Air National Guard, retiring as a colonel. He was a commander of an F-4/F-16 Fighter Interceptor Group for five years at Selfridge ANGB, MI. He finished his career as the commander of the Air National Guard Professional Military Education Center at McGhee Tyson ANG Base in Knoxville. He was a fighter pilot having flown the F-106A, F-4 C/D and the F-16 A/B. He retired in October 1995.
Greg was born and raised in Detroit. He moved to Knoxville in 1991. Greg is married to Kitty and they have two children: Deanne, a physical therapist who lives with her husband, Bill, in the Detroit area, and David, an assistant service manager with Toyota who "suffers" in Hilton Head Island.
